Client Issues

Hey guys. Don't know how many of you still cruise the boards but believe it or not i"m still alive. I took a break after starting school again. Recently i tried to come back but had patching troubles. If anyone would be so kind as to help i'll send you screenies of the problem. My normal maual patch method isnt working this time. Thanks in advance. Can't wait to catch up guys.

i've had to uninstall and reinstall the WHOLE thing before ... have you tried that?

cuz things have gotten a little messy of late with the patches and all...

i think they need a new build for pete's sake!

Yeah – A bunch of us have had problems.

The way I found that fixes it 99% of the time….
Go to the Aruarose folder under C:/program files
Check to see that all the patch_ Files are there I think they go from patch ….. 828_829 thru 833
If they are not all there go to http://forum.aruarose.com/index.php?/forum/3-updates/
Manually down load each patch to the C:/program/aruarose folder
After you have them all execute each patch individually. If it errors out try it again.
Do not do the next patch till the one before it finishes.

Hey guys. Thanks for the help. Magically arua decided it wanted to work for me a few days ago. However when i boot it it gives me about 9 error messages relating to Oro i believe. Oh well. I can log on and I don't plan on going to Oro anytime soon. So I'll definately be on this weekend. BTW I definately support the push for a new build once Matt finishes all his new Oro updates. I can understand him wanting to wait until then. It would be better if he'd update the download page with a patch above 828 :/.
